| Description: | Hicks Oils & Hicksgas is looking to expand our accounting staff as a result of continued business growth. The Company is an 80-year-old family business with facilities throughout Illinois and Indiana. Primary operating divisions include propane distribution, manufacturing and lubricant blending & packaging. Our professional, accounting staff based in Roberts, IL provides technical and general accounting support, internal auditing, and operational analysis and reporting for the Company. Successful applicants will have a degree in accounting, team management experience and a desire to work in a Corporate environment.

| Duties: | Accounting team management
Project management, hardware/software evaluation
Analysis and evaluation of procedures, processes and work flow
|
| Qualifications: | Experience in general accounting or banking, dealing with general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and various federal, state and local taxes
Strong management and decision making skills in a team-based environment
Ability to mentor, train and manage employees in a constructive, professional manner to achieve the highest levels of productivity possible
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects to meet deadlines and goals
Sincere interest in the development of business solutions through the use of new technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
